The Position

We are seeking a candidate to join our finance group as a Manager of Financial Consolidations, Corporate Finance. The Manager, Financial Consolidations is a critical part of the Company's finance reporting process. Arch is hiring a manager who will be an integral part of our growing team.

The ideal candidate has strong consolidation and reporting knowledge, an analytical mindset, and the ability to multitask in order to effectively manage his or her time across various roles and responsibilities.

The ideal location is White Plains, NY, but we are open to remote talent with the understanding that this role will work close to east coast hours. Travel will be on an as needed basis.



Job Responsibilities

    Serve as a consolidation system (OneStream) administrator including managing user access, chart of accounts, organization chart, account mapping tables and system generated reports
  • Assist in the build out, preparation and analysis of the Company's financial reporting platform
  • Innovate on behalf of the Finance team to scale and automate highly critical recurring financial processes
  • Partner with cross functional teams to understanding existing process and assist in developing and maintaining reports
  • Assist in managing implementations for various consolidation group projects, business combinations and acquisitions
  • Assist in preparation of various regulatory filings
  • Identify and develop opportunities to enable automated and integrated reporting and visualization through build out of dashboards for use by senior management
  • Assist in driving change in the organization through participation in special projects and ad hoc analyses
  • Develop, update and maintain all documentation related to financial consolidation process
  • Maintain, continuously improve and support finance consolidation systems on an ongoing basis
  • Maintain and monitor effectiveness of internal controls to prevent issues, identify key areas of risk and drive remediation as necessary


Required Skills/Experience

  • 5+ years accounting experience in a similar role within the Insurance or Financial Services industries
  • Experience with OneStream, Hyperion, Alteryx and Power BI are necessary
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint; ability to model and create complex spreadsheets, look up tables, pivot tables, and understand/analyze the results.
  • Experience in designing and development of key financial systems


Desired Skills/Experience

  • Strong knowledge of technology
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively at all levels within the company


Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Systems or related subject
  • CPA preferred
