Aon is looking for an Accounting Operations Analyst Job Responsibilities: Weekly and monthly carrier payable reporting Responsible for carrier payable analysis and co-ordination and resolution of issues Point person for internal and external contacts in global regional offices as related to carrier relationships Work within the accounting operations team to improve processes by having a thorough understanding of all processes and then elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and abstract up from low-level Utilize analytical tools to identify opportunities for cost savings / efficiency improvement Other responsibilities and enterprise duties as assigned Refund analysis and reconciliation Required Experience: 2 - 4 years related experience The position requires a self-starter and independent individual, with ability to work in a deadline driven environment Strong communication skills with all levels of management and is comfortable presenting to business leaders and colleagues internal and external Excellent verbal skills required Strong Customer Service focus Ability to assist and influence others Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and database analytics Individual will have a thorough understanding of Excel pivot tables, V-lookups, graphs, functions, links as well as working with external data Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Math preferred We offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
