We are hiring a Public House Assistant Manager for Angel City Brewery (ACB) and Truly LA (TLA) in Los Angeles. The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Taproom Managers with the day-to-day operations of both Angel City Brewery & Truly LA; which includes but is not limited to; opening and closing, proper staffing and scheduling, safety and sales building, completing the ACB & TLA Manager's Opening Checklist, cash handling and data entry. They are also responsible for assisting the General Manager in creating a positive guest experience by providing the ACB & TLA team with superior beer education and hospitality training. The team member will assist in enforcing all safety protocols, employee policies, participate in disciplinary conversations and terminations, as needed. The Assistant Manager will help ensure all required position trainings and general part-time employee trainings are completed in a timely manner and will work with the other ACB & TLA Assistant Managers to assist the General Manager in continuously developing, evaluating and coaching our ACB & TLA Team.
