Seeking a seasoned networking product manager having exceptional combination of technical depth, business acumen, vision and most Importantly a passionate attitude to build NextGen solutions. You will work on a range of complex and fun problems and will be responsible for delivering the best-in-class product. This is a critical role working alongside the head of engineering and interacts regularly with the executive team at Broadcom Software.

Essential Functions

• Lead new product development through entire lifecycle: ideation, specification, development, release, and iteration. Define, test, and validate innovative solutions in R&D phases through user testing, PoCs, etc.
• Track evolving Networking trends, and competitor activity, and develop a nuanced understanding of user workflows and pain points.
• Build strong partnerships with internal product, technology, marketing, and sales teams to scope, define, and execute new product development
• Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going customer and prospect interaction, working with customer support, and analyzing competitive intelligence
• Ensure smooth implementation of products and services through project management and account teams.
• Driving a solution set across engineering teams within Agile Scrum framework.
• Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
• Act as the voice of the customer to deliver the delightful user experience.

• Position requires travel to conferences, trade events, remote team sites and customer locations (up to 25%)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in engineering, computer science preferred. Advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years as product owner/manager experience including strategic planning and implementation required; preferably background in a networking company
• Experience in modern networking trends e.g., Familiar with GNMI network telemetry and flow analysis
• Demonstrated successful track record of bringing new products to market on-time and on-budget
• Worked with enterprise and CSP network personas
• Experienced collaborator who can work across operating styles, bringing together multiple perspectives
