Ruckus Networks, a CommScope business, is looking to add a Senior Product Line Manager to support our Unleashed product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be located in the Western Half of the US.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World.

Reporting to our Senior Director of Product Management, this role is responsible for driving a differentiated roadmap for RUCKUS Unleashed, our controller-less product portfolio. RUCKUS Unleashed is a high-performance, simple-to-setup, easy-to-manage, and affordable portfolio of access points (APs) and related software with the ability to run small to mid-sized networks including RUCKUS ICX switches. These APs use our patented technologies to deliver industry-leading performance but in a package crafted and priced for small businesses.

Here, you will build collateral and PowerPoint presentations, enthusiastically articulating market plans to customers and senior management, and crafting and driving efficient demand creation programs to achieve pricing and market share objectives.

A key responsibility of this position is to write clear product requirement documents, manage the product backlog, and work effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, project managers, engineering, sales, and customer support for new software releases. Engagement is key, as you will work with the partners and end customers to understand their needs and translate them to solution offerings via product releases. Monitors industry trends impacting the product and derive key insights for presentation to all levels of the organization and customer audience.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• A completed Bachelor's Degree with 5plus years of successful product management/solutions experience in networking or related technology industry.
• Proven experience in launching networking/WLAN hardware and software products, understanding of SMB landscape and competition.
• Validated experience in conducting primary and secondary market research, developing market strategies and segmentation, preparing competitive analysis, positioning, and differentiating products in the market.
• Well-founded cultural sensitivity with resourcefulness in maintaining relationships globally.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills - verbal and written - able to capture relevant information and optimally document and articulate findings to all levels of an organization.
• Advanced proficiency in competing tasks and handling interruptions concurrently.
• The validated ability to quickly build new relationships, navigate complex organizations and influence multiple partners.

For candidates located in the states that require compensation listed in the job description, the anticipated salary range is dependent on experience and qualifications: $125,000 - $175,000.
