Job Description

The Demand Planning & Fulfillment Analyst is the primary contact with our manufacturing and supply support teams for all order management related activity to achieve both delivery service excellence and maximize supply chain efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary interface with supplying facilities regarding all order management related activity.
  • Ensures that supplying facilities have proper setup of orders to meet delivery, including heat lots, lead times, and product yield.
  • Coordinates material prioritization and expediting with supplying facilities
  • Represents Commercial Operations as a part of supplying facility Control Tower process to ensure delivery compliance.
  • Delivers supply scorecards, including a weekly summary of changes in trends to all stakeholders.
  • Establishes rules for load bulletin creation to processor locations to ensure customer satisfaction and freight efficiency.
  • Interfaces with the corporate logistics and processed products teams to ensure timely scheduling, efficient loading, and on time delivery of material to processors.
  • Monitors significant manufacturing schedule plans and communicates with all stakeholders.
  • Performs root cause analysis for production order bottlenecks to ensure exception issues are being addressed with solutions.
  • Communicate with the Customer Experience Analysts on the status of order requests as needed
  • Provides an outstanding service experience.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, marketing, or a closely related field
  • At least two years of experience in a supply chain management or related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaborative in a matrix environment
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Advanced skills using databases and analytical tools
  • Great attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service orientation
WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Remote Commuter or Normal office environment
