Business Development Manager-DAS & Small Cell (Remote)

Our Intelligent Cellular Networks group is looking to add a Business Development Manager to help promote our DAS & Small Cell product portfolio. This role will allow you to work remotely from anywhere in the US.

As a Business Development Manager, you enjoy an environment of continuous learning, growing your knowledge base with new technologies, and applying that knowledge to create solutions to drive growth for our customers.

Reporting to our Director of Business Development, you will lead and implement In-Building Wireless (DAS, Small Cell, & CBRS) business development initiatives in North America along with influencing the broader CommScope portfolio.

Your main responsibilities will focus on supporting pre-sales activities, including presenting the value and benefits of our product portfolio through technical discussions and presentations in a trusted advisor capacity and providing hands-on support for customer lab qualification, integration, and deployment. You will also handle the development and implementation of strategies in new accounts and uncharted vertical segments to drive the In-Building Wireless marketplace.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• A completed Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years of experience in the licensed wireless industry.
• Motivation in working with customers to understand their business objectives and developing solutions to achieve those objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, willing to take action with advanced interpersonal skills.

• Have familiarity with technologies and business dynamics associated with DAS, In-Building Wireless, and Small Cells.
• Experience working in complex environments with multiple decision-makers and influencers.

Anticipated total compensation salary range (base plus sales bonus) dependent on experience and qualifications: $135,000 - $175,000.
