Unit Description

Sodexo Healthcare is seeking a Marketing Manager, Demand Generation. This is a virtual position, reporting to the Director Marketing, Audience Engagement. This role is instrumental in supporting the strategy, execution and optimization of integrated go-to-market campaigns to support pipeline acceleration. The Marketing Manager, Demand Generation will support Sodexo's Healthcare North America division. This virtual position allows the selected candidate to reside anywhere within the United States.

The successful candidate will:

    support Sodexo's Healthcare core services: Food and Nutrition, Enviornmental Services, Facilities Management and Healthcare Technology Management
  • support campaign project management with internal teams and agency relationships;
  • have experience project managing comprehensive lead generation campaigns with a heavy digital focus;
  • have proven experience driving demand for business to business, support services, healthcare or similar organizations; including development and execution of digital customer journeys and interactive experiences
  • have experience wtih SEO and website optimization
  • understand how to analyze campaign metrics and make suggestions for optimization; and
  • assist the Director Marketing, Audience Engagement with ongoing projects.

  • experience and comfort supporting the development and deployment of integrated, go-to-market campaigns with a strategic lens for demand generation;
  • experience understanding the impact of digital campaigns as it relates to nurturing a B2B buyer's journey and ability to oversee campaign deployment and metrics;
  • the ability to review, provide feedback and strategic guidance to agencies and internal stakeholders on campaign creative collateral to support various mediums and tactics with the intent to create demand and brand awareness for the business;
  • strong communication skills (interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation);
  • the ability to manage time so that the priority of the activities determines the timing and amount of attention they receive;
  • excellent service to external and internal customers; and
  • the ability to work in a highly matrixed environment.

Position Summary

  • Engagement Marketing / Marketing Automation - serves as lead/point of contact for implementation in segment; support the ongoing campaign development (flow, cadence), creation of lead and nurture models, content templates, segmentation strategy, and content mapping, lead management
  • Content Creation and Development - campaign elements for B2B campaigns, thought leadership positioning & content curation, Program Management of segment training /informational series
  • Content Management and Internal Communication- Sodexo Net segment updates for monthly unit marketing content and build outs of content for new offers,
  • Training - Providing guidance on systems and applications associated with the Marketing Automation, Content Management, and General Support


Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years
