Warehouse Supervisor - Point of Sales

To manage the receiving, warehousing, distribution, and overall inventory control of POS materials in a professionally organized manner that supports all sales divisions of the company and our suppliers.

Scheduled Hours:

Mon - Fri

7:00am - 4:00pm (OT as needed)

Warehouse setting 100% of the time

You will be assisting the Supervisor and become back-up.

Interacting with suppliers and the team

Delivering those in offices or warehouse

Drive a Forklift is a must, cherry picker order picker (will be trained)

Verification and allocation of POS materials (including dealer loaders)

• • Responsible for preparation of POS materials and dealer loader items for delivery to accounts or sales rep pick-ups.
  • Responsible for POS inventory, maintaining up-to-date physical inventory and purging of outdated materials.
  • Communicate available POS merchandiser (including supplier allocation) to management in a regular and timely manner.
  • Receiving, checking-in, and locating POS material; oversee the distribution of POS merchandise; maintain POS area of warehouse.

2. Working with sales management and suppliers to set up dealer loader programs and allocation of POS.

• High School degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience handling Point of Sale, warehouse work, or equivalent.
• Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs

• Receiving all the items into our inventory system Brand Muscle (can be trained)

• Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
• Analytic and Reporting skills
• Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• People management skills

Physical Requirements:

• Packages from Freight, postal service UPS and pallet jacks will be used and lifting at least 50lbs.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
