Retirement Due Diligence Analyst

Overview

Provides immediate support for HRS sales and conversions representatives, with a concentration on PEP projects as a Retirement Due Diligence Analyst. Researches, coordinates, and communicates necessary resolutions to HRS partners and contacts.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with necessary departments to resolve escalated issues.
  • Develops and maintains high level of Paychex 401(k) knowledge to ensure consistent, quality service is provided.
  • Develops and maintains high level of industry pension and retirement services knowledge to ensure that consistent, quality service is provided.
  • Develops and maintains high level of expertise in all Paychex Recordkeeping and Proposal systems and software including, but not limited to, HRIS, Sungard, Pension Online, Access Databases and Excel to ensure that consistent, quality service is provided.
  • Initiates and fosters process improvement through partnership with Paychex Sales and Operations.
  • Acts as a resource and subject matter expert for team members to ensure that all questions can be answered correctly.
  • Review documents of current plan merger prospects and analyze to ensure no cutback of eligibility requirements.
  • Work with a variety of service providers to obtain reports, compliance results, and plan information to analyze if the plan is operationally sound.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree - Preferred
  • Recordkeeping - 5 years experience
  • Retirement/401(k) experience
  • Proven process improvement experience

Colorado Compensation

Compensation range for this role for U.S. Colorado Residents: Range minimum: $51,500/annually + bonus Range maximum: $ 86,000/annually + bonus Benefits offered to employees include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Family Leave, Life Insurance, 401(k) Retirement, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Holidays, Vacation and Sick days.
