What will I be responsible for in this job? (brief summary of the role)

• Reduce issues that have caused system severity incidents by remediating tech debt, bolstering the products with modern develops practices surrounding performance, resiliency, and scale
• Provide dedicated focus on being pro-active on system maintenance, diagnosing issues before they occur, and working on core improvements projects
• Support the ENT CTO office posture on Security, Compliance and DR
• Mitigate single points of reliance and failures in the people organization of my team, filling in knowledge gaps regarding server maintenance and support

What are the requirements?
* Years of experience: 10 to 12 years
* Education: CIS/BS preferred or equivalent experience.

What critical skills are needed for you to consider someone for this position?

• Prior experience supporting high transaction SFTP and ERP applications in HAd environment
• Migrating and upgrading servers and data across clouds
• Exposure to a 24x7 availability environment
