Warehouse Operator

We are currently hiring a Warehouse Operator in Breinigsville, PA.

The Warehouse Operator will assist with the daily functions of the warehouse including but not limited to, shipping, receiving, put away, inventory, keg line and pallet and keg repair to ensure orders are selected and loaded for customer delivery within company designated time frame.

What You'll Brew:



  • Safely and accurately operate equipment including but not limited to; multiple stretch wrap machines, single and double wide (double forked) forklifts.
  • Must be receptive to working in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and make recommendations to the process.
  • Perform required tasks to ensure customer orders are pulled and ready for delivery to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure warehouse/assigned areas, are kept in compliance with company safety standards. Including, but not limited to: sweeping the warehouse, removing garbage, pallets, and debris from the building and placed in the proper areas.
  • Ability to accurately utilize SAPB Warehouse Management System.
  • Load/Unload trailers and railcars * Monitor palletizers, will need to possess some minor mechanical skills. And troubleshoot.

Minimum Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent and applicable warehouse knowledge
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with all team peers and customers.
  • Must be available to support shift, weekend and holiday schedules as required.
  • Ability to be flexible and shift priorities in a constantly changing, fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient with Computer systems. Must be able to learn and accurately utilize SAP
  • Highly effective multi-tasker; resourceful with a "get-it-done, can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to safely and efficiently operate Fork Truck
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively during put away, palletizer operations and loading of product. (Must be able to lift and fix full cases of product). * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for periods of time (while operating forklift). Will also climb on and off sit down forklift several times throughout a shift. * Work overtime as needed which may require 12-hour days, weekends, and holidays
  • Tolerate summer/winter temperature conditions and Hot and Cold room environments
