How We Intend to Mitigate Bias in the Hiring Process

To demonstrate our commitment to antibias hiring practices, we like to tell candidates upfront that the application process for jobs at ANCOR is a bit different from what you may be used to. • All email submissions will arrive in an inbox that is not accessible to the hiring manager.
  • An independent person will blackout details including name, street address, and name of any educational institutions before handing the résumé to the hiring manager.
  • Interviews will not be conducted until the “for best consideration” application deadline has passed.
  • Additional applications may be reviewed if submitted after this date, assuming an offer has not already been accepted by a candidate for the position.
  • Semifinalist candidates will receive an assessment that will demonstrate your technical skill.
  • Final candidates will be asked to participate in both a face-to-face and virtual interview.
