Who you are:

  • Required: High School Diploma
  • Required: 2+ years experience in Learning & Development or related area
  • Required: 2+ years experience managing the scope, schedule, and resources of departmental/functional area projects
  • Required: Expert in Microsoft Suite of products including Excel, Teams, Power Point, Outlook, Word, and OneNote
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Education or related field
  • Wildly comfortable in not always having the answers, but excited to seek them out
  • A love of learning and a desire to help others succeed
  • Relentless attention to detail coupled with the ability to maintain focus on the big picture

What you'll do:

This position is responsible for bringing together learning & development (L&D) content, data, projects, and experiences from across LGE Community Credit Union to help the development of LGE employees while driving business imperatives. The Learning Architect - Strategist will create business impact by driving efforts to ensure L&D data is universally useful, reliable, and accessible for our internal stakeholders and employees across LGE. You will use your dynamic & analytical mindset to solve day-to-day problems, distribute project resources, build data solutions, and perform deep analysis to drive performance while bringing our strategy to life.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead L&D projects in the Employee Development space by creating all required project documentation, managing stakeholders, tracking progress, distributing resources, and crafting thoughtful communications across LGE
  • Assist with assessment and understanding of training needs to meet the learning needs of LGE business units
  • Engage stakeholders and business units across LGE to help them understand the learning transformation direction, strategy, and value * Develop data-driven insights, dashboards, and reports to make sound recommendations
  • Develop a comprehensive LGE L&D roadmap that includes all related business area's specific plans
  • Ensure standardized processes are created, documented, and followed to ensure sustainable Learning and Development operations
  • Ensure professional representation of the LGE brand in all learning materials by following branding guidelines, organizational communication standards, and training and development templates
  • Assists with internal service programs including but not limited to:
    • Employee Development Helpdesk
    • Vitality Wellness Programs
    • Rewards & Recognition Administration
    • Incentive Programs and Reporting
    • Learning Management System Curriculum Administration
    • Mystery Shop Experience
    • HQ Intranet Administration
  • Assist with conducting organization, department, or individual assessments to identify actual/desired L&D goals
  • Assist in preparing or coordinating development of procedural manuals used in conjunction with training needs
  • Administer LGE training programs by creating, coordinating, proofing, and/or personally presenting content to stakeholders or business units
  • Manage employee training evaluations to ensure successful closeout within the Learning Management System (LMS), and communicate with appropriate channels to show value of learning
  • Provide consultative expertise & resources for internal teammates, managers, and leadership in response to their requests for assistance or identified need
  • Create analytical plans that address internal/external learning needs by analyzing information from large data sets, distilling insights, and conveying findings to respective audiences
  • Proactively stay abreast of industry regulations, trends, processes, and enhancements pertaining to the L&D industry
  • Maintain familiarity with and follow all policies, procedures, and processes which have been established in order to meet compliance requirements of all applicable federal regulations. The regulations include but are not limited to the Privacy Act, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Reg. CC and Patriot Act
