How You'll Support Our Mission
As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will bring your considerable experience and knowledge in all things performance marketing to help us grow our bookings and revenue across paid, owned, earned and shared channels. The market is large, the room for growth is significant, and you will be a key player in our mission to improve community health and safety through the power of data. This is a high-impact, high-visibility induvial contributor position that will collaborate closely and strategically with leaders across the entire organization.
Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will be part of the ESO Marketing team based in Austin, Texas or remotely.
What You'll Be Doing - the day to day
* You can easily pivot between high-level strategic thinking and tactical execution with an eye on outcomes & details. You are okay with ambiguity, and generally thrive in it. You like building capability to establish a foundation for growth and bringing others along with you. You are especially skilled at engaging effectively with sales to build and develop marketing programs that exceed expectation.
* Build and own demand generation strategy for EMS & Hospital segment to deliver on short-term and long-term company goals. Create, execute, and scale segment demand generation programs to improve the quality, conversion, and speed of marketing originated pipeline to deliver goals.
* Collaborate with sales, product marketing and customer success to create a modern marketing engine and provide target customers with interesting and useful content that enables buying decisions. Partner with content and events teams in support of demand generation mission. Orchestrate the cross-functional ecosystem across planning, execution, measurement and optimization with a lens toward digital and customer first execution.
* Craft effective program briefs as well as write/edit marketing communications tactics.
* Enable and implement account-based marketing in collaboration with sales and customer support to support acquisition, upsell/cross-sell and retention.
* Execute a best-in-class programs, with clear attribution modeling and reporting to drive data-informed decisions complete with ongoing testing and optimization.
* Refine our marketing automation and lead nurturing strategies for your programs
* Create repeatable, scalable processes aligned to demand gen marketing motions across the organization. Define OKRs and KPIs to determine effectiveness.
Who You Are - the essentials (Some of the things required to be successful in the role):
* 3+ years of enterprise SaaS software demand generation marketing or equivalent
* You are customer obsessed, data-driven and technology adept. You speak pipeline and bookings and you've build and orchestrated a broad base of demand gen programs in a fast-paced environment with a lean team.
* Proven track record in building and managing demand generation programs
* Ability to build demand generation models and forecasts
* A compelling storyteller able to communicate complex value propositions in a crisp and simple way.
* Ability to prioritize and efficiently communicate marketing goals and results to diverse audiences
* Strong analytical skills to create data sets, extract insights and develop actions to drive continuous improvement.
* Strong project management and cross-collaboration skills to drive varied teams to consensus around demand gen strategies and plans.
Who You Are - the desirables (It's a plus if you have):
* Experience in the Health Tech industry: EMS/Fire/Hospital/Public Sector
* 3+ years of experience in Demand Generation or Growth Marketing roles, in enterprise SaaS
* Expert understanding of the marketing funnel and how to map content to the buyer's journey
* Savvy analytic mindset with a passion for digging deeper and summarizing insights
* Understanding of Account Based Marketing and the importance of building great relationships with sales teams
* Has experience using Salesforce and marketing automation software (ideally Marketo)
* Comfortable in a growth business environment and thrives in implementing processes
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get it done
