Overview

The PEO Benefits Systems Analyst II participates in all activities related to benefits system configurations, plan setup, maintenance, and data integrity. This position plays a major role in the output of the organization by ensuring all aspects of the Benefits System are maintained for maximum effectiveness and continuity throughout the Benefits Operational Teams. Acts as the System Administrator and Subject Matter Expert for specific applications. Ensures that the integrity and security of HR systems are met, monitored and maintained.


Responsibilities

  • Administers and configures applications to optimize functionality. Acts as Subject Matter Expert in the use of the application and partners with carriers and internal business partners to resolve issues or learn about new functionality.
  • Provide analytical support to functional users to improve qualitative and quantitative results. Provide support for business partners to become self-sufficient. Prepares documentation and standard operating procedures. Monitors and ensures data integrity. Provides training support.
  • Liaison for carrier file feeds. Assists with plan review, file feed and EDI setup and processing; carrier error reports; documentation collection, review, and attachment for use in appropriate systems.
  • Participates in the identification and definition of requirements of business needs for complex system solutions to support business initiatives. Act as liaison with functional teams to ensure clear understanding and documentation of the requirements. Identifies requirements, tests and proposes options, configure and implement solutions, resolves issues.
  • Analyzes system updates and supports functional users in test plan development, testing, resolution of issues and timing to ensure minimal impact on business processes.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree - Preferred
  • H.S. Diploma - Required
  • 2 years of experience in Human Resource Systems experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation range for this role for U.S. Colorado Residents Range minimum: $51.5000 /yr to Range maximum: $91,000. + bonus.
