In this role as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative/Patient Advocate, also known as a Healthcare Representative, you will interview and advocate for patients and their families to obtain maximum benefit coverage in a hospital or home health setting. Make a real-world impact helping patients with a rewarding career at Change Healthcare. Location: Onsite at client hospital location at Change Healthcare Buckhead location on Piedmont Road. Schedule: Monday-Friday, regular business hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
