Collaborative Solutions is seeking Workday Recruiting Consultants in it's Xcelerate Consulting Organization. As an Xcelerate Consultant, you provide expert guidance and delivery for Medium Enterprise engagements, serving as the billable functional lead working closely with Engagement Managers, Managers, and functional area leads to ensure successful Workday implementations. You will provide guidance and leadership on Recruiting and HCM engagements to ensure a complete solution that meets customer needs and allows for future enhancements with limited rework.
Responsibilities:
Become a Workday Recruiting expert with deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, touch points with HCM, Compensation, and Talent, and future product direction Become a Workday Launch expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation. Leverage your expertise to recommend the best solution based on the client's requirements, budget, and time-frame; with the flexibility to adapt the scope as additional needs are identified Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to Workday Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, your project team and your Engagement Manager abreast of changes or progress related to the project Subject-Matter-Expert in Recruiting work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to functionality including, but not limited to: job requisitions, evergreen requisitions, confidential requisitions, job application business process, job posting templates, career sites, recruiter security, offer letters, agency management and candidate management Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for post-production clients Provide status updates to the client, project team, and management on a regular basis Mentor other consultants and actively share product knowledge with others to grow our practice
Skills and Requirements:
Holds active Workday Certification in Recruiting (preferred) Additional Workday certifications such as Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Learning, and People Experience, highly desired. Hands-on experience in Workday implementation (3+ years project work experience with direct client interaction) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, HRIS or related field OR relevant experience required; Master's degree preferred. Experience in gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing solutions to meet client requirements Subject Matter Expertise in Recruiting including recruitment methods and sources, strategies, internal vs external recruiting best practices, and high level compliance concepts Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with solid commitment to detail. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage client expectations. Minimal travel required, but must be willing to travel on-site if needed
