As a Lab Technician you will be responsible for activities aimed at proving a concept to be valid or technically feasible by the application of scientific and engineering methodologies. Your work typically has the objective of demonstrating through test or analyses the performance and implementation potential of a concept.

As a Technician Lab III, you will be responsible for:

Working with limited supervision conduct routine laboratory tests, including the necessary checks and operations of equipment required in the laboratory.

Working independently at times and works within a team to complete projects.

Carrying out all required responsibilities safely and as described in the standard operations manual in accordance to Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

Communicating results to supervisor in detailed manner while performing other related duties and handles special projects, as assigned.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a HS Diploma or equivalent or specialized vocational training or Associate Degree with 8+ years' experience or University Degree with 5+ years' experience.

Able to run appropriate tests and process/procedures

Have advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

Have experience working on data acquisition and testing equipment including LabView and Windows operating systems
