Responsibilities



  • Primary client contact who oversees multi-channel strategies, recommendations and executions.
  • Nourish and safeguard the client relationship, maintaining contact and building rapport at as many levels of the organization as possible.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the client's business objectives and environment by keeping apprised of all relevant client, industry and market developments, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Provide POVs and consultation to clients to support their business and marketing objectives.
  • Ensure the Agency delivers the best possible product, firmly grounded in a thoughtful, strategically sound understanding of the clients business, the account's long-term direction and the tasks at hand.
  • Partner with analytics and strategy team to interpret data and identify key insights to inform strategic plans and creative campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor junior account team to help advance their professional development, including monitoring their work, being a readily accessible resource and providing regular, timely performance reviews.
  • Helps Account Director lead overall strategy and planning activities.
  • Manage budgets, develop estimates and manage costs against projects.




Required Skills


Education/Experience:



  • Minimum seven years experience leading marketing or advertising projects and accounts. Must have agency experience.
  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Experience working at a supervisor level and managing other team members.
  • Proactive, self-starter who can work as part of a team and independently when needed.
  • This person will have a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to work under very tight/aggressive deadlines while managing multiple projects.
  • Experience across various channels including, but not limited to online advertising, social, website, broadcast and POS.
  • Clear understanding of key metrics and the ability to analyze, interpret, explain and draw conclusions from data.
  • Topline knowledge of reporting tools typically used in marketing and advertising.
  • Experience working closely with analytics, creative and digital programming teams.
  • Responsive to both internal and client needs in a timely, professional manner.
  • Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
  • Skill at writing decks and presentation. Strong business writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solution oriented problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to grasp complex concepts easily.
