Job Title: Manager, Brand Partnerships and Community

Primary Purpose: The Manager, Brand Partnership and Community, will help define the short- and long-term vision and strategy for Brand Partnerships and Community at Coach.

This position operates across Brand and Retail channels, with the objective of creating unique brand partnerships aimed to drive brand equity and consumer acquisition.

This is a highly cross-functional position that requires a strong attention to detail, creativity, and a consumer-driven approach to deliver a best-in-class partnerships. This role reports into the Senior Director, Retail and Brand Marketing in North America.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to...

  • Identify unique partnership opportunities to enhance brand position and drive customer acquisition. alignment with overall marketing strategies and business objectives
  • Actively source, evaluate, pitch, negotiate and contract new partnerships while fostering long term relationships
  • Manage partner project calendar, milestones, tracking, asset review, meeting schedules
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to garner 360 marketing plan around partnerships
  • Own comprehensive reporting & share-out of partnership and 360 activations
  • Lead referral program (Refer-A-Friend) to drive loyalty and acquisition for Coach Retail
  • Lean into brand purpose, loyalty, and sustainability to drive community for the brand from URL to IRL
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and integrate processes for new, ongoing initiatives; continuously identify opportunities to streamline ways of working to ensure teams and processes remain agile and nimble
  • Maintain robust competitive intelligence and pulse on digital trends to ensure Coach remains at the forefront of innovation

The accomplished individual will...

  • Possess 5+ years experience in Marketing and / or Partnerships
  • Have proven track record of success in creating and growing partnerships to amplify larger business opportunities and goals
  • Experience developing and executing consumer-first integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Have exceptional attention to detail, strong project management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills; perseverance when presented with barriers or ambiguity
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and react with appropriate sense of urgency
  • Be at the forefront in understanding marketing, culture and media trends as well as practices and principles related to the implementation of corporate partnerships & sponsorships
  • Have a team-oriented approach; ability to interact with partners across the organization at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to negotiate and influence peers and members of cross-functional teams
