About the Role:

This position reports to the Client Finance Manager and is largely responsible for fostering the relationship with Account Management and Clients alike. Our ideal candidate would have at minimum 2+ years of financial experience within a digital advertising agency, or service/project based business.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Business leaders on Staffing Performance and pricing
• Maintain monthly client reporting
• Maintain internal monthly reporting
• Monthly revenue and staffing variance analysis
• Annual budgets and monthly forecasting
• Work with other MRM offices on revenue and staff sharing
• Support internal teams with customized reporting

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Agency, Technology, or project based industry experience highly preferred
• Contract oversight and compliance
• Client facing skills
• History of contributing in a team environment
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and SAP experience a plus
