We are a group of passionate product managers focused on delivering a feature-rich Employee Engagement and Customer Experience solution as part of our Genesys Cloud SaaS platform. We are looking for a highly motivated, talented and results-oriented Lead Product Manager to join our group to take ownership of one of the following two key product areas:
As a Lead Product Manager, you will work closely with customers, engineers, designers and other product managers to define, drive and execute the strategy and roadmap for these key product areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, experience with other customer experience or employee engagement solutions and exposure to enterprise or cloud-based software. The Speech and Text Analytics product area is focused on real world applications of AI and analytics to provide deep insights into the way consumers engage with companies. Through these capabilities, you will be helping the world's top brands in delivering exceptional outcomes for their customers. The Customer Survey and Employee Evaluation product area is focused on improving the customer experience and the performance of agents through NPS surveys or other feedback mechanisms which gather data to look for trends and subsequent action plans to improve business outcomes. Location: For this role, we are open to candidates being remote in either the US or Canada, ideally in EST. Key Responsibilities
