Business Process Manager

The Business Process Manager works directly with the Vice President, Chamberlain University Operations. Representing key business units, the BPE will develop business plans to simplifiy and standardize business processes across multiple departments of the Chamberlain organization. The role requires strong partnering with business stakeholders to drive process improvement delivery through exemplary process design, improvement and management skills using proven best-practice techniques and methodologies. This is a fully remote position.

• Identify opportunities to standardize processes to drive down cost, improve service, achieve consistency and reduce rework while maintaining high levels of quality.
• Manage multiple assignments according to plan, monitor and report progress to ensure that required work is delivered on time.
• Facilitate sponsorship briefings, progress status reporting, definition of measures and generation of project ideas.
• Ensure that policies are examined for the benefits provided and impediments removed when possible; ensure that the quality of data and conclusions are justified.
• Ensure that project team members work together to define business processes, recommend system configuration and project manage their development as needed.
• Develop and maintain a solid knowledge of the various enterprise applications and business processes.
• Ensure that a change-management process occurs throughout the organization such that the full benefits of innovation are realized and it embraces principles of continuous improvement.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA highly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in change management, project management, process improvement and implementation, etc..
• Special Skills: business planning and facilitation, process mapping, policy creation.
• High level of comfort and expertise in developing spreadsheets and presenting data to executive groups.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision and direction.
