Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field Minimum of 4 years experience in a customer experience environment Significant outsourcing experience, either as a vendor or client with a deep understanding of the workings of customer experience support, including Machine learning and the AI industry Experience with delivering growth via account management and setting the strategic direction and key expectations for the organization Strong commercial and financial acumen with demonstrated ability to make decisions, problem-solve based on economic analysis, align with client's commercial vision and negotiate contracts to a close Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree in Business Administration or related field Work Location & Travel Required: This is a remote position which can be located anywhere in the Americas or Europe providing you have access to an international airport (preferably within one hour from home) that has daily access to major North America / International cities Up to 35% of work hours (domestic and international travel) Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
