JOB SUMMARY :
Responsible for maintaining all CAP Tulsa controlled facilities and equipment. Makes non-routine choices within established precedent, considering objectives, under limited supervision. Performs intermediate troubleshooting or analysis; problems require interpretation of data using generally prescribed procedures. Frequent interaction to provide basic information and/or occasional interaction requiring detailed procedural explanations or technical responses
RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS


  • Coordinate with Facilities Manager and Maintenance Team Lead to oversee all agency projects, projects will include collaborating with ECP Coordinator, School Leaders, and other related departments according to assignments
  • Assist with Purchasing department to create drawings for vendors to support bid process through E Requester tracking system
  • Coordinate all moves agency wide with ECP Coordinator
  • Coordinate and complete daily maintenance work tickets to ensure CAP operated classrooms and offices are safe and fully functional
  • Provide preventative and scheduled maintenance to ensure operation and safety of all classrooms and offices
  • Paint the interior and exterior of buildings
  • Troubleshoot and complete general electrical work
  • Complete general plumbing maintenance and repair
  • Complete general HVAC maintenance and repair
  • Diagnose equipment failure
  • Assist with health and safety inspection to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies
  • Install and arrange classroom and office furniture
  • Perform lawn and playground maintenance
  • Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner



Required Education/Experience


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of related work experience



Certification/license


  • Must adhere to safety and quality driving standards, maintain a valid driver's license, and comply with CAP Tulsa Owned Motor Vehicle Guidelines.



Knowledge/Skills/Abilities


  • Must have proven successful interpersonal relationship skills to maintain effective and satisfactory working relationships with intra-department and inter-department staff, vendors, clients, visitors, and contractors.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions with ability to read, interpret, and present information efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to take initiative, multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality of extremely sensitive data, records, files, conversations, etc.
  • Advanced organizational skills, efficiency skills and excellent attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to completing assignments on a timely basis.
