Program Analyst and Automation Specialist Key Role: Function as both a developer and program analyst while providing support to in-service U.S. Navy ships fleet modernizations efforts and other platforms as required. Enable the client to continually plan which upgrades get installed on which ship and when, who will pay for it, who will do the work, and how the plan fits into budget constraints and the Navy's overarching priorities years into the future. Develop, document, and maintain Microsoft Office VBA tools to automate data and reporting. Take ship availability schedules, upgrade costs, and install plans as external database inputs from Navy Data Environment, run various scenarios, and generate customized output reports and analyses to inform planning, budgeting, logistics, metrics, and Program Level briefs for modernizing the LCS Fleet. Proactively communicate with multiple stakeholders from engineers, financial analysts, configuration managers, and program managers to resolve issues, and find optimal solutions and designs for tools, analyses, and reports. Document efforts and resolve Program and Congressional inquiries succinctly and rapidly. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely. Basic Qualifications:
