  • Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance and service for each piece of equipment
  • Performs Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual inspections and checklists according to the established preventative maintenance program
  • Inspect machines regularly for signs of malfunctions, including visual and sound inspections
  • Maintain good record keeping and organization of preventative maintenance schedules and records
  • Maintain Production Equipment
  • Complete repairs and parts replacements as needed
  • Machinery trouble shooting skills
  • Utilizes strong mechanical aptitude skills to complete assignments
  • Use a variety of power and hand tools to perform job functions
  • Regular communication with management on maintenance schedules
  • Complies with established State and Federal Regulations, Environmental, OSHA, and Safety programs Qualifications:
  • Must posses High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 2-4 years' experience required in a industrial work environment
  • Hydraulic experience is a plus
  • Basic electrical knowledge is a plus
  • Good manual dexterity and hand to eye coordination
  • Must have good mechanical skills, trouble shooting ability
  • Strong communication skills, written as well as verbal
