Primary Skills: 10+ year' experience Experience in Healthcare domain - Required 5+ years of experience in all end-to-end testing activities Test lead experience, with onsite/offshore coordination Client facing skills Self-starter and ability to lead a team Strong experience with Agile process Secondary Skills: Knowledge in Automation Exp with Azure - preferred Experience in Medicaid program - Preferred Roles and Responsibilities: Report defects found in testing accurately using standard defect tracking tools. Assist Analyst to certify system testing is complete and ready for production. Act as independent lead on automation testing efforts. Serve as consultant to Analysts in assessing the feasibility of incorporating new and existing testing projects. Communicate and report accurate test events, daily status and execution results. Collaborate effectively with Application Testing team members. Make recommendations to improve testing process. Participate in the selection, evaluation and management of testing tools. Must possess effective oral and written communication skills. Collaborate with vendors, customers or management pertaining to specific assignments. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
