Crowe's Consulting Healthcare practice has an exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Analyst to join our growing Healthcare Market & Customer Advancement team.?The team is responsible for ensuring our solutions & services are meeting client needs and positioning our practice for continued growth. As such, we need a portfolio strategy analyst to worth with practice leaders to understand the extensive data. This role will be responsible for data analytics for our strategic projects. This role will also collaborate with our practice leaders to update and maintain the offering & solution documentation and systems. Our practice has a wealth of data about our services & solutions and this role will be responsible for deriving insights from these data. Responsibilities include:
Build dashboard and tools to assist with visualizing and managing portfolio data. Collaborate with Portfolio Strategy Leader to create and communicate recommendations on the strategic direction of HC offerings. Responsible for measuring, monitoring, and reporting on KPIs for HC Portfolio. Required Experience/Skills:
Bachelor's Degree required in Data Analytics, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience Advanced skills in data analysis and manipulation Highly effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of project team members and stakeholders Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and complete projects on time.
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments, and create deliverables in a timely manner. Ability to work in a team environment, but also self-motivated to produce results with minimal direction Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerBI.
