Where You'll be Working

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at our facility located at: 700 Drexel St., Nashville, TN 37203

How You'll Perform the Role

The position performs day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control and general administrative functions. The goal is to ensure adequate stock levels of all products in the facilities and help maximize sales by efficiently receiving product deliveries, restocking the facility and shipping to customers.



  • Ensure back room is organized to support receiving, storing and shipping of stock.
  • Unload in-coming merchandise from truck.
  • Load orders on truck for customer deliveries as needed.
  • Prepare out-going orders and ship as instructed.
  • Check incoming merchandise against bills of lading and invoice for accuracy.
  • Operate all material handling, tinting, mixing and testing equipment in a safe manner.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Follow Hazardous Material Handling Procedures.
  • Follow designated loss prevention, security and safety practices according to policy and correct or report non-compliance of appropriate procedures/policies.

  • 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in country of employment
  • Do not require sponsorship to work now or in the future
  • Ability to retrieve material from shelves and lift and carry up to 50lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be able to tint paint, therefore, must be able to distinguish one or more chromatic colors, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to tolerate non-toxic paint odors and be able to wear a respirator as required, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • The Company provides training on how to operate machinery such as hand trucks, pallet jacks and forklifts. Once trained, must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to safely operate this equipment
  • Able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone with or without accommodation
