The Administrative Coordinator provides assistance and supports to the Executive Director of a specific division of Baptist Health Care. This position is responsible for but not limited to the following: Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and department activities for all members of the department; Expense and/or statistical reporting; Maintains administrative workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; Developing reporting procedures; Types and designs general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc.; proofreads copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy; Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and calls; Maintains electronic or paper files and Oversees office management and maintenance. The person in this position works under general supervision, is responsible for various shifts, may be subject to over 40 hours per week and/or callback as required, and may also be required to remain on campus immediately before, during, and after severe weather and/or disasters.
