Coastal Harbor Treatment Center is a Residential Treatment Center that offers quality behavioral health services to adolescent males and females with psychiatric, behavioral, or conduct issues.

We currently have a FULLTIME Mental Health Tech position available 7AM-3PM (every other weeked) w/sign on bonus with experience working with adults in a professional environment to serve as a mentor and positive role model in day-to-day activities in the milieu, ensure the safety and well-being of the residents, and monitor and re-direct residents to support the maintenance of a therapeutic milieu. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will: Possess a minimum of a High School Diploma with 3 years experience in behavioral or mental health. Bachelor's degree in mental health counseling, psychology or social services strongly preferred and encouraged. Have a strong understanding of adult mental and behavioral health Be flexible A healthy dose of patience Demonstrated customer service abilities
