Alight is looking for a Content Marketing Strategist to join the Alight marketing team. This colleague will be responsible for directing and overseeing the Company's content strategy for our U.S. focused health and wealth business.

Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:

As a member of a global content marketing team, this colleague will work closely with the leaders of product marketing and field marketing to develop a global content strategy, including compelling themes, messages and campaign structure that resonate with personas and journeys. This person will also work closely with leaders in the business to define content needs and fill gaps. The role will play an essential part of continued success of the Alight brand and demand generation engine.

  • Support the Alight global GTM strategy on the delivery of content marketing programs, strategies, campaigns and content, working closely with thought leaders, brand and digital teams and with product and field marketing teams.
  • Develop a strategic approach to campaign structure and content development. Manage and direct a network of contributors and agency partners.
  • Develop a campaign and content calendar across all markets, personas, and journeys.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness across channels. Review key metrics and optimize content. Provide ongoing reporting, recommendations.
  • Define and manage keywords and topical assignments to writers and creatives.
  • Help plan and develop a governance structure to ensure it's clear, compelling and consistently on strategy/adhering to the brand expression/tone/voice.
  • Collaborate with brand and creative teams to help shape narratives/experiences that inspire and influence target audiences.
  • Work internally, across departments, to expand our content footprint.

Education and Experience:

  • 8 years working on a global marketing organization, at least 4 of which involve working on a content team with increasing responsibility
  • Experience working in a global, B-to-B organization
  • Experience building personas / journeys and successful campaigns and content initiatives
  • Experience measuring campaign and content effectiveness
  • Experience publishing digital content
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant area required
  • Strong project management skills, very organized

Alight takes into consideration the candidate's experience, education, certification/credentials, market data and internal equity. The estimated minimum salary for this role is $69,100.00/year (full-time). In addition to the base salary, this position may be bonus eligible.
