The Marketing Automation Specialist will join a global team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing Automation. This role will be integral in successfully executing our demand generation and go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate is an outstanding marketer who has experience working with B2B, enterprise automation platforms and data sources to create scalable marketing programs to drive top-of-funnel growth and move buyers through the funnel. They must be a highly motivated, appreciate a dynamic environment and passionate about delivering the right message at the right time to the right audience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program and campaign process within Marketo including, but not limited to, email and landing page set-up, scheduling, QA testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns

• Partner with Events and Marketing teams to plan, build, and produce webinar campaigns through ON24 platform

• Maintain healthy email marketing lists by managing how contacts enter the database, including list uploads and automated integrations with Salesforce

• Ensure compliance with country and state laws pertaining to user data and permissions

• Partner with our analytics team to deliver marketing reporting, dashboards and analysis on program performance, conversions, attribution, and effectiveness

• Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies for email and nurture marketing

• Educate stakeholders on email and marketing automation best practices

• Communicate proactively with peers, managers, and leadership on plans, progress, and challenges

• Manage and complete other marketing assignments as needed to support campaign execution

• Support essential marketing operations initiatives

Requirements

• 1 year of hands-on experience in email marketing or operations role using Marketo. (Eloqua, Pardot experience may be considered)
  • Preferred
    • Marketo Certification, any level
    • Experience with Salesforce CRM
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, management, communication, business administration, management information systems or similar field, or applicable professional experience in B2B enterprise organization(s)
• Driven to grow a career within marketing automation and operations
• Understanding of email marketing and landing page best practices
• Knowledge of email marketing compliance laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, CCPA)
• Self-directed with the ability to navigate ambiguity across a remote, matrixed organizational environment with a diverse set of stakeholders
• Strong project management skills with ability to build collaborative working relationships to meet objectives
• Eye for detail and accuracy
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills; written, verbal and presentation
