Business/FOCI Analyst

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Business/Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) Analyst who will be responsible for producing business assessments and source packages related to facility clearance eligibility, FOCI of contractors, and other business vulnerabilities. You will apply intelligence analytic standards to business intelligence, manipulate various data, and produce research reports to support trend analysis as it relates to FOCI assessments. Responsibilities:

• Produce business assessments and source packages related to FCL eligibility, FOCI of contractors, and other business vulnerabilities
• Review and analyze corporate governance documents submitted by companies entering or participating in NISP, FY20 NDAA Section 847, or direct contract with DCSA, as well as open source, commercial, and classified sources to identify discrepancies, omissions, validate ownership/control/influence, and identify risk indicators.
• Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, provide contextual understanding of the situation and recommend solutions
• Conduct all-source, business-related research and analysis using open source, commercial and government databases aimed at U.S. and foreign companies and affiliated parties while producing FOCI assessments to validate self-reported corporate information, ID/uncover unreported FOCI; ID/uncover acts of non-compliance with U.S. laws and regulations; ID/uncover business and security-related vulnerabilities that could impact a company's ability to protect classified information; ID/uncover potential intelligence/CI threat indicators.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, corporate law, market research, or similar field
• 3+ years' experience in business, risk analysis, competitive intelligence, intelligence, finance, M&A, or commercial due diligence

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience providing training to others on standards, practices, and procedures
• 3+ years' experience reviewing materials from other sources to ensure standards are met as it relates to format, usage, grammar, and analytic standards
• 2+ years' experience tracking and producing business metrics
