Human Capital Data Analyst

Key Role:

Lead one or more consulting engagement modules to understand, analyze, develop and recommend Human Resource (HR) solutions. Apply specific functional knowledge and working industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, as needed. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide activities of junior employees, as needed. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 + years of experience in a professional work environment

  • 2+ years of experience as a data analyst

  • Knowledge of human capital data streams and analytics best practices

  • Ability to organize and analyze data in Excel format

  • Ability to review human capital data streams and provide actionable recommendations regarding potential human capital

  • Ability to review multiple data streams and identify correlations

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with data science, data analysis and or data processing tools and best practice employments

  • Knowledge of DoD human capital policies and procedures

  • Knowledge of cyber workforce implementation

  • Ability to perform trend analysis and forecasting

  • Ability to synthesize data into easily understood display format

  • Ability to coordinate with stakeholders across DoD Components

Clearance:
