Business Analyst, Mid

As an IT Business Analyst, you'll work to develop leading-edge solutions with a law enforcement client. Working on a team of business analysts and alongside software developers, you'll identify clients' business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

You Have:

• 4+ years of experience in IT

• 2+ years of experience in systems analysis, business process analysis, requirements analysis and gathering

• Experience with requirements management tools, including JIRA

• Experience with projects using Agile methodology, including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), DevSecOps, Scrum, or Kanban

• Experience with project management and the IT investment lifecycle

• Ability to manage, track, and report on all tasks assigned in a timely and professional manner

• Ability to provide deliverables with a high level of accuracy

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with stakeholder analysis

• Experiencewith requirements engineering

• Knowledge of business structure

• Knowledge of networks, databases, and other technologies
