Overview
The position is responsible for the creation of reports and materials and performing preliminary analysis of data to identify trends that will drive strategic reviews and supplier business development. In addition, this position will also provide support for supplier meeting coordination.
Responsibilities
Acts as a liaison between business managers, division managers, human resources and finance to facilitate the end-to-end goal model process.
- Receives goals from business managers and performs goal entry
- Assists in goal attainment through reporting, provision of data to help determine segmentation and supporting data-entry
- Functions as the market CPG administrator, creating accounts and performing maintenance and update activities as necessary
- Assists in the administration of other sales tools, including Seven Fifty and Provi
- Ensures adherence to goal model timelines
- Administrative tasks related to goal model, including, but not limited to: sales sheet uploads, manual adjustments to SOP templates, creation of goal vetting templates
- Ensure the data integrity of SOP and FSM accountability data
- Serves as the market SME and point-of-contact for goal model processes and questions
- Troubleshoots and works with business managers and sales leadership to correct goal entry issues
- Participates in and facilitates goal vetting meetings with business managers and sales leadership
- In advance of cycle-end goal SOP meetings, assists sales leadership in the preparation of goal observation reports, mobility metrics
- Maintains accuracy of focus marketing data by processing change requests
- Assists business managers in compiling and preparing regular supplier recaps
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience in an analytical field required
- 2-3 years sales and/or analytical experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft office tools, including excel, word and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Must be attentive to detail, and able to reconcile multiple databases to identify discrepancies.
- Must be results oriented professional with excellent verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as strong customer service skills.
- Handle and maintain highly sensitive & confidential information.
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines and adapt in a fast paced environment. Must be able to see projects to completion.
- Ability to think critically, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
