Job Description

EisnerAmper is seeking a quality candidate for a Senior Human Resource Analyst to join the firm. The Analyst will build credibility and establish trust with internal clients, by conducting honest and reoccurring conversations, delivering results and meeting commitments. This role will analyze problems from different perspectives and partners with other areas to design effective solutions for clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, visualizations, insights on a monthly basis

  • Extract and transform data from Workday and other systems as necessary, providing consolidated, accurate reporting and analysis

  • Consult with HR partners and stakeholders for consistent HR needs (ex., to identify metrics which help measure, impact, and effectiveness).

  • Provide insight by transforming large sets of data into simplified, meaningful, and actionable trends and visualizations for use by executives, HR, operations, and other internal departments

  • Evaluate and assess Projects and keep HR partners and stakeholders updated regarding prioritization and progress

  • Deliver complex projects from beginning to end, including ideation, data mining, strategy formulation, and presentation of results and recommendations

  • Facilitate the development of research / ad-hoc requests with appropriate HRSS member to address partners/stakeholder needs

  • Ensure information is provided in alignment with governance models (Data privacy)

  • Be the trusted partner to HR stakeholders in delivering the best solutions through a dynamic and innovative relationship within the HRSS team members

Qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree

  • HR management certification/ diploma

  • 4 + years of experience in People analytics and the use of HR Data to tell stories

Ideally, you'll have:
  • Expertise in Power BI, WorkDay, MS Outlook / Excel

  • Experience managing a team

  • Proven track record of service excellence

  • Strong quantitative and analytic skills

  • Proficiency with systems and data management and analysis tools

  • Strategic thinking - ability to leverage data and analytics to deliver unique insights and solutions to complex business challenges

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to lead and obtain results in a high volume, multi-priority, and fast-paced environment

  • Requests input regularly from key stakeholders on areas of opportunity to define improvement action plans
