The Corporate Development Director will be a key member of Verizon's M&A team, responsible for all aspects of the company's inorganic strategy. The individual will play an integral role in leading all aspects of executing transactions to close. Responsibilities include identifying potential acquisitions, partnerships and investments that align with strategic initiatives. Targets will span a broad range of businesses within telecom, emerging media and technology. Companies will vary in size from small and private VC-backed to large publicly-traded companies.
