What you'll be doing...

You will be working in Verizon Business Group's digital product team working in the ecommerce team. The Product Manager Field Support is responsible for developing a roadmap from the voice of the customers and the sales teams. This would include interacting and training the sales teams and customers on latest features. The product manager would need to understand the My Verizon for Business flows and be the subject matter expert when working with the field.

The primary accountabilities associated with this role include:

  • Create the vision and designs for the digital user experience. Your aim is to use digital media to engage, inform, and excite new and potential customers.
  • Own training and education for the field and the customers they support by hosting frequent learning and support sessions.
  • Manage active sales funnel and monitor performance and log any experience issues in Jira. Work with IT to resolve and prioritize the issues.
  • Understanding and balancing the needs the business and the digital audience, you'll create a highly engaging digital user experience to achieve our marketing goals.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with sales management and/or customer support management.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.
  • Prior experience with digital operations, ecommerce, website design as a product owner/product manager.
  • Strong communication skills either as part of customer support or sales team.
  • Experience creating digital journeys for ecommerce transactions in agile environment.
  • Past experience in sales or customer support or training.
  • Ability to think strategically and break up work in to smaller chunks based on priority.
  • Excellent product management skills including product ownership, requirements gathering.
  • Data driven with ability to analyze, understand and decipher insights from available analytics.
  • Skill in tools like Adobe Insights and other reporting and analytics tools.
  • A demonstrated team player who can effectively handle multiple priorities simultaneously within aggressive timelines.
  • Ability to identify, trouble shoot, and resolve problems across the digital ecosystem.
  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication skills.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $97,000 and $180,000based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentivebased position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
