What you'll be doing...

You will be working in Verizon Business Group's digital product team working in the ecommerce team. The Digital Product Manager is responsible for planning and executing projects that drive sales to ensure results align to requirements and use experience expectations. This role is an enabler of Wireless Business Sales for the Verizon Business Group. This individual will collaborate and communicate frequently with other business groups, design and members of the technical teams.

The primary accountabilities associated with this role include:

  • Developing a customer centric strategy and roadmap for web and mobile apps.
  • Manage active sales funnel and monitor performance and log any experience issues in Jira. Work with GTS to resolve and prioritize the issues.
  • Understanding and balancing the needs the business and the digital audience, you'll create a highly engaging digital user experience to achieve our marketing goals.
  • You'll craft the vision and lead the innovative User Experience (UX) design that will provide the best user experience across all our platforms.
  • Understanding and anticipating market needs.
  • Defining requirements and leading the team through design and development.
  • Building the business case, getting internal consensus, and defining product roadmaps.
  • Forging strong relationships across the organization to get it all done.
  • Tracking success metrics and communicating results to management.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with analytics, project management, and/or marketing insights.
  • Experience with digital operations, ecommerce, and/or website design.
  • Willingness to travel

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in management, marketing or communications.
  • Developed and executed marketing strategies.
  • Experience presenting to C-level leadership.
  • Experience working with the field and operations to coordinate adoption of projects.
  • Experience creating digital journeys for ecommerce transactions in agile environment.
  • Experience with customer escalations, creating tickets based on voice of customer and working with IT teams to implement.
  • Data driven with ability to analyze, understand and decipher insights from available analytics.
  • Use tools like Adobe Insights and other reporting and analytics tools like Glassbox.
  • Ability to identify, trouble shoot, and resolve problems across the digital ecosystem.
  • Exceptional communication skills; written, oral and presentation.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $97,000 and $180,000based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentivebased position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
