Job Title: Account Manager
Department: Creative Services
Reports to: Director of Client Account Management
Overview:
Do you thrive in a fast-pace environment? Do you enjoy developing solid client relationships? If so, this position could be perfect for you. As a part of our in-house advertising agency our Account Managers play an important role to ensure our clients creative projects are being developed and executed in an exceptional manner. This position manages client projects, they provide counsel on design and assist with business development.
What you'll do:


  • Consult with clients to determine their creative marketing needs, and manage the creation and execution of each project
  • Understand client's products/services, target audiences and markets
  • Coordinate print, web and video projects working with the client and creative team to ensure the communication is strategic, branded, and consistent
  • Manage and track the design, revisions, and production processes of marketing materials for clients
  • Ensure all project deadlines are maintained
  • Research and recommend vendors for printing, packaging and promotional items
  • Handles changing priorities and other duties as assigned


Experience you'll bring:


  • Exceptional client service and relationship building skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Solid organizational, time management and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and interact with all levels within AE and its clients
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a part of a team


Bonus Points:


  • Three years' business experience - ad agency experience ideal
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO
