Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst
Department: Finance, Shared Services
Location: Carrollton
Report To: AR Manager
Description of Duties and Responsibilities
* Monitor all aspects for collections of outstanding Receivables owed to the company
* Maintain records on account activity, as well as review portfolio of accounts for unpaid amounts and determine course of action needed based on age, amount and customers history, etc.
* Interact with customers directly to resolve outstanding debt or billing issues, including the likelihood of repayment.
* Communicate regularly with Internal and External Stakeholders, including Portfolio Presentations to the Leadership team
* Determine Root Cause analysis and any proposed solutions; any known change to customer's financial status; collect, analyze and update customer data
* Locate and notify any customer with a delinquent status
* Prepare any statement as needed for customers within assigned Portfolio
* Complete Week over Week Reporting for Management
* Manage the overall risk profile of all customers within assigned portfolio. Proactively alert management of risk concerns.
* Manage the timely release or status of all orders pending due to credit line or past due balance.
* Other duties as assigned by the AR Management Team.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional interpersonal skills required
* Must be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP is a plus
* Excellent reconciliation and proactive critical thinking skills
* Previous Credit and Collections or related experience preferred.
