Aon is looking for a Marketing Analytics and Technology Leader As part of an industry-leading team, you will help clients make better decisions by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Marketing team. Your impact as an Marketing Analytics and Technology Leader Successful marketing organizations effectively combine data, process and technology to support growth and reach profit targets. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the enabling functions required by Marketing to craft and complete its customer strategy. Areas of responsibility cover support functions across Planning & Performance Measurement, Marketing Analytics, Advanced D&A, Web Analytics & Management and Marketing Technology. Job Responsibilities: Craft the right roles and responsibilities for Marketing Analytics & MarTech teams and advance the knowledge, skills and competencies of the team. Lead and run the Marketing Analytics & MarTech team. Support hiring of staff and provides guidance, training, and motivation as necessary to develop staff in accordance with established standards. Implement Marketing Effectiveness Measurement & Reporting framework. Monthly & Quarterly business reviews of marketing effectiveness, variance against efficiency targets, return on investment goals & business strategy. Design meaningful reporting by selecting and prioritizing metrics to deliver deep visibility and insight into marketing performance and business value. Engineer how to assemble, manage and use insights, support privacy regulations, build a unied marketing data infrastructure, and improve data quality for Marketing purposes. Be responsible for the development and oversight of a comprehensive marketing data strategy. Ensure standard methodology and use of (but not limited to) predictive & prescriptive analytics models using in-house and 3rd party data to predict future behavior and optimize results and attribution models in order to evaluate and determine the optimal marketing channel mix. Lead and Coordinate the annual marketing and campaign planning processes and guide the allocation of the marketing budgets and forecasts to enhance ROMI. Lead the implementation of the 3-Year MarTech roadmap, including delivery of CRM, Marketing Automation, Content Management System, Coordinated Web Applications, Workflow and Business Intelligence solutions and continuous assess evolving MarTech requirements. Manage the technology portfolio for marketing, and guide and rationalize cost-eective technology investments and supplier relationships and ensure tools and technologies are being applied efficiently and strategically. Collaborate with marketing managers in delivery of MarTech training programs for broader marketing staff. Ensure outstanding Processes and Agile Marketing through development of seamless workows, agile marketing, and project management and governance to ensure marketing is aligned and moves quickly to outcomes. Work with executive partners across business to balance opposing interests and needs across the organization to arrive at a clear vision, communicating effectively and aligning various partners along the way. You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in mathematics, analysis, data management etc. a plus. 7 plus years of management and practical work experience in direct marketing analytics, or FP&A, and utilization of CRM and marketing technology. Ability to influence team members at all levels. Experienced leading teams.
