Job Summary The Developer Analyst will be responsible for application development and maintenance of wholesale applications solutions. This position works closely with business users, process owners, architecture and development teams to ensure effective application use while enhancing user experience, productivity and efficiency, mitigating risks, and resolving issues.Job Description Key Accountabilities *
Develop and implement enhancements for wholesale systems
*
Manage and provide ongoing support for corporate applications, with a focus on wholesale systems
*
Support application incident response escalations
*
Conduct research and make recommendations to improve support and development processes, standards, metrics, monitoring and reporting in order to ensure the wholesale solutions are available, responsive, and achieving business outcomes and objectives.
*
Ensure development and documentation (business process designs, functional designs) align with technology standards
*
Cultivate business and vendor partnerships relevant to wholesale systems and technologies
*
Define and implement process improvements with
business users, process owners, architecture and development teams Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements *
Development experience - Minimum 7 years
*
Knowledge of J2EE Platform, Spring, Hibernate, Angular, and
.Net
Framework,
*
Experience with SQL query tools and relational databases.
*
Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills
*
Excellent communications skills
*
Ability to multi-task and work well in team environment
*
Be available to support off hours, including weekends as needed. Key Metrics *

Closure of P1 and P2 tickets
