What's the role? The Senior Director, Agile Software Engineering Practice Management will be accountable for defining the strategy and vision for Agile software development best practices at Northwestern Mutual, enabling the delivery function to deliver financial security to our clients, advisors, and employees through technology that is innovative, secure, and reliable. In partnership with leaders across Technology, you will establish an approach to implement Agile best practices throughout the function, building capabilities where needed and leveraging effective change management to ensure sustained adoption. Additionally, this Senior Director will be accountable for defining and measuring the success of adoption efforts and impacts, connecting results back to overall key Technology function measures. This role will also have significant impact to the application platform (tools used by developers to deliver software). Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
