Experienced Associate - Financial Services

EisnerAmper is seeking a Experienced Associate to join our Financial Services Tax practice in our New York City office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

• Build impactful relationships with new and existing clients and maintain relationship with firm leadership

• Provide tax compliance and consulting services to assigned clients

• Develop a working knowledge of the client's business and tax systems, take responsibility for completing assigned tasks, and meet client deadlines

• Research and consult on various tax matters, respond to IRS and other tax authority inquiries when requested

• Brainstorm new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems

• Mentor and coach junior team members

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required

• 2+ years of tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience

• Experience with US GAAP

• CPA or parts passed towards completion

• Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent field

• Experience using GoSystems or CCH Axcess tax software

• Experience in the asset management is preferred but not required
