Position: Transitions Team Manager
Department: WM Marketing
Overview:
As a Transitions Team Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of the transitions process for our Wealth Management division. If you are someone who enjoys sharing their knowledge and skills with staff, providing outstanding customer support, generating reports/procedures, and ensuring customer satisfaction then this role could be the perfect fit for you!
What you'll do:
- Hire, train and develop Transitions team members
- Set clear expectations for team members, monitor progress to goals, and provide regular feedback on performance
- Coordinate with the VP Sales Team to track incoming transitions, assign workload, and update the Sales Teams on operational processes and procedures
- Be a subject matter expert for all AE Wealth Management policies, procedures and/or processes
- Collect, analyze, and distribute productivity reports
Experience you'll bring:
- Experience working in the financial services industry
- Experience managing staff in a fast-paced environment
- Confident, professional, and articulate in written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills: capacity to manage heavy workload while navigating a variety of competing, ever changing priorities
- PC proficiency, ability to work on several platforms at once
Bonus Points:
- Series 7, 63/65 or 66, and 24
- Brokerage industry experience
- Knowledge of brokerage, advisory, and insurance products
